Outdoor Classroom Programs
At Outdoor Classroom, we understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy for our Outdoor Classroom programs. Please review the details below for cancellations and refund eligibility.


1. Cancellation by Participants or Organisations:

We recognize that plans may need to be adjusted. If you need to cancel your booking, the following guidelines apply:

- Cancellation 30+ Days Before Program Start Date:

   - A full refund will be provided, minus a [processing/administration fee of 2%]].

- Cancellation 15-29 Days Before Program Start Date:

   - A 50% refund of the total program fee will be issued.

- Cancellation Less than 15-7 Days Before Program Start Date:

   - No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days of the program start date, as logistics and resources will already have been committed.

- Substitute Participants: 

   - If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute participant at no additional charge. Please inform us in writing at least 7 days before the program start date.

2. Cancellation by Outdoor Classroom

While we make every effort to ensure that our programs run as scheduled, there may be unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, instructor unavailability, or safety concerns) that require us to cancel or reschedule a program. In such cases:

- Full Cancellation by Outdoor Classroom:

   - You will receive a full refund of all payments made or the option to transfer to another program of equal value.

- Rescheduled Programs:

   - If the program is rescheduled, participants will have the option to either attend the new dates or receive a full refund.

3. Program Modifications

In the case of weather or other unforeseen circumstances that do not require cancellation but may require program modification (e.g., changing the venue or adjusting activities for safety reasons), no refunds will be provided. However, we will do our best to ensure that an equivalent experience is delivered.

4. No-Show Policy

- Participants who fail to attend the program without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or credit for future programs.

5. Refund Process

- All refunds will be processed within 3-5days of receiving the cancellation request or notification of a program's cancellation by Outdoor Classroom
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested.

6. COVID-19 or Health-Related Cancellations

If you or a member of your organization is unable to attend due to COVID-19 or other health-related issues, please notify us as soon as possible. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a credit toward future programs or reschedule options, but refunds will follow the standard cancellation policy unless otherwise noted.
